RENTALS

Atland is open to daily or weekly rentals in order to fund our artist residencies and fellowships, and to make our festival/workshop tuition affordable. If you are interested in supporting us, please consider staying at Atland with your artistic group, company, family, or friends. You can email us with your proposed dates, group size, and budget, and we’ll be in touch! We have hosted music festivals, weddings, non-profit retreats, family gatherings, and artist-led gatherings. Thanks for supporting our space and artist community.

If you would like to rent dance/theater/music studio space, please let us know and we can schedule some space through our partner Thayer Hill (just a few minutes down the road from Atland, located in Worthington, MA). Please email us with your proposed dates/times.

If you’re wanting a visual art studio, carpentry workshop, writing studio, etc., then we have a studio available for you at Atland that is included in the Atland rental fee. Dance/theater/music studio rental is separate from the Atland rental fee since that is paid to our partner, Thayer Hill Studio. Please email us to inquire about fees.

We have over a mile of beautiful trails that were created around the main home -- a local architect designed masterpiece boasting a wonderful asian influe mcvnce yet handcrafted from the very timberstock off the land on which it sits lending a refined rustic twist. 25 Min to Northampton and 10 min to the Berkshires! You can hike or bike to the best swimming holes around. Come escape and breathe in our cool clean mountain air :)

  • We don’t allow guests who are not a part of the rental group unless you get approval from us ahead of time.

For our dance workshops, since space is limited, we can’t accommodate partners and families to lodge with us or attend meals for workshops, but if you would like to bring a family member(s), you can check out nearby lodging options like the Goldenrod Inn or Airbnbs in the area.

Even though we love animals, we have a no-pet policy. Thanks for understanding.
